My partner likes me to use my hands to twist his nipples. Being a lady, I don’t have much strength. Something about my hands excite him more than clamps. Is this normal? Are their clamps that can create the same sensation for him?

My wife is similar. She has Parkinsons so she has reduced hand and wrist strength.
I love nipple torture so I wear nipple clamps to sensitise my nipples so that, even with reduced strength, she can cause me wonderful pain.
I’d say the physical skin to skin contact with you is what’s adding more to the experience for him and that’s something you wouldn’t get with clamps so maybe ask him if it’s something he’d like to try or if he’s just happy with your hands
