No Oh! Points?

Just checking through my orders, and I didnt get any Oh! points for one of them?

Was there a reason?

When you place your orders the LH points apply to your account 28days later I believe. So if you click on your account and see your recent orders, you should see the date that they'll be applied to your account.

this happens when your sent as tester. i surgest you have a look back at your orders and see if it was a tester. i hope this helps

if it was not a tester, contact LH on the live chatt and they will be able to put them on for you. they did this for me when i got [posibly] the same glitch on my account. (its the great customer survice you see )

Or perhaps it was an item you returned, think points are deducted then.

Including, if you can't figure out why the points aren't there, have a chat with our Customer Care Team who will gladly have a look for you and put any Oh! Points you may be owed onto your account :)
