a good Penis pump used correctly can be extremely effective for ED or multiple other issues, I would not say they are going to make your penis permanently bigger or fatter that's just not going to happen in my opinion but for temporary gains I can absolutely affirm that this is for most a good selling point.
I bought and used a Penis pump to see if I could correct a slight curve after reading a lot of post across the internet and I can say over time it has definitely made the curve straighter, errections harder and like I say that temporary boost.
The downsides can be extremely serious so I never pump over my natural Errect size, I guess people think the more or harder you pump the better the result, well I can tell you that's not the case, over pumping can cause loss of errection, scaring, damage to small vessels blood spots and other complications.

Hmm... in hub's situation the pump didn't help to sustain a longer errction. Constant stroking (by toys, hands, mouth, teases and cock rings) helps a long way though. That's our experience.
So that's a question that will get a different answer base on who answers it, size gains by the very nature is going to happen even for those of us who are happy with what there mamma gave them 😁.
As for longer errections 4Uonly has said it all, using a good fitting Cockring may help but again that going to be depending on individual circumstances.
I certainly find the following days after a pump, I get rock hard errections think Morning glory on viagra and your about getting it lol, but it only lasts as long as the fun lasts.
