Does anyone have advice on how to keep that pumped size for like a half an hour or longer?
Not used one, but i would guess using a cock ring might maintain the pumped size, not sure if an hour would be safe though?

Using a cock ring with a penis pump is the way it’s supposed to be used as an aid to combat erectile dysfunction.
If possible you fit the ring over the end of the pump and slide it down over your penis just as you’re removing the pump.

Pump does two things first increase the volume of blood making things bigger but once removed it tends to rush away so a ring would help, probably a good fit metal one, second if used for some time the amount of water increases this too gives a plumper look(can look a bit frightening) and this “seeps” away much more slowly but is a much softer/squishy feel not hard-very much in the same way for a pussy pump when you see really no lips it’s water in them mostly ?

I’ve got the hydro7. To be fair when I used it for about 6 - 7 weeks 5x a week 10-15mins a day…it grew…the flaccid stayed fuller for longer. I also did some jelqing in between pumping. Taking a viagra helped keep some of the pump too.
Never measured it but the missus could feel the difference even the next day.
I had to stop though as I started getting red spots, then I lost interest so now, back to original size!
Going to buy the hydromax with hand pump next.
I do believe if you you commit to a routine for a good 6 - 12 months (pumping + jelqing) you will see longer lasting gains
