I thought I would resurrect this topic as the original posts end in 2017. The OH had hers on 27th Aug so we are at the 6 week mark but they took everything. We made love on Saturday for 1st time since the op, could I have a woman’s point of view that has been in the same situation please. Maybe one of the LH experts could do a blog on the topic.

Sorry I’ve got nothing to add on the subject as I’ve no knowledge but wanted to welcome you to the community and fingers crossed somebody who has knowledge will be along with their insight

My OH had everything taken too, the sister advised that we could partake in gentle sex a fortnight post op, i was doubtful and resolved to wait until she was ready, no pressure, but she made the first move a fortnight post op, and we were gentle, and it was fine. That was over 20 years ago. Hope this helps.
