I was wondering whether any one had any tips or helpful information. I split up from my girlfriend in December last year, we used to have fantastic sex and I was able to last for 10 - 15 mins.

Recently I have suffered from premature ejaculation, lasting no time at all. The person I'm seeing says it doesn't matter but it is starting to really annoy me.

We have a lot of advice and products which I think may be of use to you.

It may be worth you thinking about why you think you suffer from premature ejaculation. Very often it stems from nerves / a psychological distraction, rather than something physical. With practice, you should be able to train your body and mind to work in sync with one another and go for longer.

Having said that, there are lots of products which can help you to physically disconnect just enough so you can enjoy sex / masturbation for longer. Generally these products contain a mild anesthetic to slightly numb your most senstive areas.

simplest solution is to wait 10 or 15 minutes and do it again

Thank you, I have tried waiting 10-15 mins and delay condoms both with no real results. Guess its more a matter of thinking about what might be causing it.
