Can any of you help me please, yesterday my Lelo (large) wand arrived, i was so excited, so i charged it for like it says to do, and when it was fulley charged i turn it on and it started making a really load ratltly & clanky sound like something is losse (under the head in the main body). when i moved the wand arround in diffrent angles it got worse, i had a lttle play but the noise was too off putting, i thought that lux brands are men to be queiter. has anyone else had any trouble???
