I have some items that I want to return.

On the site it says I should put the items in an envelope, but I still have the cardboard box they were all sent in. Shall I just use that and stick the label over the delivery details?

Aye that'll be fine pal. I recently returned a chemise inside an old Lovehoney box, so it'll be fine to return it that way.

Mske sure you put a note inside with your name and address so Lovehoney know it's your return 💟xx

Yea that will be fine that is what I've used when I've had to return an item in the past. Can also go on to live chat and they will answer any queries you have about returning items.

it's a pain ,having to print your own label tho .

I have recently purchased the Bondage Boutique Seduce Me Lover’s Bed Bodage Kit but have found that it’s too small for our matress. The packaging has been opened but the set is unused, can it still be returned for a refund?
