Evening all, I have tried a search but couldn't find an answer to my query so hoped I've not been blind lol.
I may be returning a toy we got but we don't have any of the original packaging as the dog destroyed the box and wondered if this was an issue? I read it says on the returns page enclose as much original packaging as possible but nothing about no packaging at all.

Long as you're not taping the returns label straight onto a 10 inch dildo original packaging isn't a problem 😂
As long as the product is well packaged and protected and the return label is visible, it shouldn't be a problem. If I haven't got a box, I always wrap up with brown paper and stick in a bubble envelope and never had any issues.
You don't need original packaging but it is appreciated if you pack it up neatly so we can process things as fast as possible for you :)
