Hello! I take part in the wonderful sex toy testing that lovehoney offers.

Usually, when I buy something on LH, I get the option to name a safe place for my parcels to be left. This is great because my posties just DON'T get the message that they can put parcels through the gate I leave unlocked for them. It's so frustrating! But that's another story.

I was wondering if there was a way to add our safe place preferences to our addresses so that when we get tester items the lovely Leanne knows to add our safe place instructions. I love receiving tester items but I loathe having to go to the sorting office to pick them up. What does everyone else think?

Hello,

Sadly when the order is placed it is automatic to the default address you have nominated. This type of process would be manual and it is not something I could offer to do check and do. It is the same with delivery to post office I am afraid.

However, I will pass the feedback on.
