I’m looking for any tips or toy suggestions for bottoms/subs who are sensory seekers. My partner and I are currently working on improving our sex life and have been working on communicating better with each other regarding wants, and my partner is a sensory avoider, so it’s hard for us to come up with ideas.
I love the feeling of someone playing with my hair, gently running their fingertips along my skin, and playful licking or biting.
Who has suggestions?

Toy wise bullet vibes are your friend. They small, easy to handle and good all over the body (but not anal safe, so if you’ll wand a separate anal toy if you’ll want to play back there).
They’re sold as a clit toy but well worth trying on a penis too as many of the guys on here are very keen on them.
The desire one is my fave. Very rumbly. Mantric also do a nice bullet vibe. The Glow up bullet is also a good budget option.
nipple suckers and nipple clamps are alot of fun as well. They give you sensation when on and also make the nipples more sensitive after youve removed them.
Clit balms are also fun. You can get warming and cooling ones. (This is my current fave)
They can be nice elsewhere as well, though you can also get specialist nipple balms too.
Edible body paints or food can also be good fun. Chances are Its going to be sticky whatever you pick, but fruit and chocolate sauce are good options.
Edging combined with some bondage is also very worth trying. The restricted movement makes it very intense.

Added restraints could also be a neat addition to accompany the blindfold too.

We have used a blindfold, pinwheel, safe drip candles, noise cancelling headphones etc. I like to blindfold my partner, scratch and breath against their body, avoiding the main erogenous zones for a while. Cracking a whip/paddle before using it on them seems to add to the build up. The noise cancelling headphones are fun because you can take them off close to climax and the noise and everything rushes in.

We already do have some of the things you’ve recommended, and I do love them so much! We’ve been apart for almost 8 weeks now, and we’ve been able to take the “absence makes the heart grow fonder” trope and improve communication our wants/needs, so we’re excited to revamp that part of our relationship!
We just invested in a new bed frame to enhance some of our restraints… if you know what I mean 
And we decided to give wax play a shot, so we ordered some candles we saw on LH. He’s nervous about them, but I think they’ll be very exciting for me! While my neurodivergent brain loves sensation, his shies away from excess sensory input, so I’m sure it’ll be a fun experiment for us (If you have any specific tips, I wouldn’t mind hearing a few.)

I have no idea what bio freeze is, but it sounds terrifying 
. The cooling clit balms just feel kind of minty (if that makes sense).
I havent tried wax play myself, but if you search the forum im sure it will come up. I do know the higher you hold the candle the cooler the drips feel though.
Its something ive always wanted to try as it creates the most amazing pattern of wax on the skin. Definetly something that begs to be photographed.
Another fun one i didnt mention is temperature play with glass and metal toys. I love my glass dildos cooled. You can do it in a bowl of warm water or cool water with some icecubes in.( Dont put them in the freezer)
