Me and my girlfriend are in a long distance relationship . both of use want each other all the time and we used to do stuff over the phone but she doesn’t like that much anymore. Any tips on what to do?

If this relationship has been long term then I think its time to move and to be close to the lady.
Sadly in my case long distance things never tend to last and inevitably come to a dead end on various levels

If she isn’t into phone sex then what about sending each other sexy messages on WhatsApp. You could also send pics to each other.
Unless its a temporary thing, one of you should move, or… you both move… on.
If that’s not an option, then try to surprise her from time to time?
Or… buy toys that can be controlled by app and you can “control” it at distance
