Quick question. Ive previously been a tester a few times. I took some time off this year from the forums (got crazy hectic, buying a house, ect), but im back on now. Am i still allowed to volunteer in the threads? Wasnt sure if im still eligible or if i have to do anything?

As long as all your previous reviews were submitted on time, then you can start volunteering again as normal!

You can save items on the shopping website, which would be like a wishlist. But if you’re wanting to be a tester, its not via your wishlist. Read The Great Big Review and Testing Guide for what you need to do to be a tester 
Just wondering if someone can check I’m still eligible for testers I was getting them fairly regularly for a while and then they’ve just stopped. I think I had one late review because one hadn’t turned up on time and then the product wasn’t actually what it was originally described as so I struggled a bit with the review but I still submitted one ?
I have no idea how to tell if your eligible or not, I to would like to know. I haven’t had the chance to be on the tester list as of yet but still hopeful.

@VixenViolet i wouldn’t worry, I think testers die down at this time of year. Sometimes i get quite a few at one time then nothing for a while.
Unless Brenna has issued you with a warning I think you’re still in the safe books!

Thanks @ChloJakes no I didn’t get a warning or anything like that just nothing since 2022 after being doing quite a few in 2020-2022 got me paranoid I’ve had a black mark on my name and not getting picked again

Warnings are for forum rule breaks Chaser emails are the ones for testers. The odd chaser email for a review a couple of days late won’t get you removed from the programme but lots of late reviews, or one incredibly late review (generally 2+ months late) will. Although of course exceptions can be made, just drop me an email before the deadline!
Luckily we are now offering a way to get back to testing, you just need to write a handful of new reviews of products you already own - probably around 5-7. When reviewers do not submit their reviews, I get questions from other departments about why a product has launched without the required number of reviews, showing you are committed to reviewing again (hopefully) means that products won’t launch without the required number of reviews if they are sent to you in the future

Hi, I just wanted to ask. I have over 12 (I think 15) reviews that I believe are of good quality. I have been applying for testers for well over 6 months and have never been chosen for anything. Can you tell me if I need better reviews or what the reason is?

Hi @repayman there is not a way on your profile, etc. to see how many reviews you have. You would have to go to the products you think you have reviewed and find your own reviews (or check your email history to count the review verification emails if you have not already deleted them).
Manually copying over your reviews from the LH shopping site to the My Reviews page in the forums can help you keep track of how many reviews you have done.

Useful tips, we have been buying items from Lovehoney for years, and Im glad to see they are nearly all available to review. We will keep going!
I think I have done a review for all the things I have purchased from lovehoney but I have had an email today asking me to review my recent purchase. I have already done a review for it and it is on the site so I don’t know why I have been asked to leave a review today 
It’s just an automatic follow up email following your purchase, it doesn’t know you’ve already written a review. Ignore it and don’t worry. If your review is live and the email to submit it matches your forum email you’re all good.
