Yep I get that, that is what I have been thinking. I guess they mould their labia, not sure how they figure out the internal part though as they appear to be different depending on the star.

I think the advice is to buy something designed for that use, so a flared base to stop the thing being sucked in and disappearing and yes that will happen.
