Recently I've been looking for vibrators that can be used hands-free. My wife is disabled, so sex has been difficult for a while. Using a traditional vibrator has been difficult for her, as she can't hold it for long enough. I've offered to help out  but that wasn't appreciated 
LH - perhaps you can think about a section for those with specific needs
Girls - I've looked at the remote controlled eggs, but is there much else that would be good for hands-free orgasms? ie something that has good contact with the clitoris
I don't want to buy something that isn't going to do the job well (yes I know about the LH return policy, but that's not for me)
A bit pricey, but the we vibe is great. Stimulates both -g spot and clit. And the we vibe 4 has a remote control so it means she can change settings and power whenever she wants.
I would agree with the We-Vibe 4. It has a remote and can stimulate the g-spot and clitoris at the same time, again it is pricey but it really is a top quality toy.
Would a We-Vibe do the trick maybe? The 3 & 4 both use remote controls and the We-Vibe itself kind of slides into place. I've heard really good things about the 4, especially.
Or maybe sex furniture? Lovehoney don't stock them anymore but Liberator make things called toy mounts, where you can insert a wand vibrator and then lie on top of it/prop it up where needed/etc depending on the shape of the mount. They're pretty pricey though :(

As DavidB1986 mentions, it would be hard to create a category that is appropriate for a broad spectrum of different people's needs.
For example, some people might require a hands-free product while someone else might need a product with a scroll wheel or non-fiddly/very-responsive buttons. One person might need extra power to be able to climax (Magic Wand), while others might require a very soft touch (Sqweel).
