When you say "punishment", are you after something for a sub who has disobeyed or something that you will both enjoy? If a sub enjoys being spanked then it's not really a "punishment" in the normal sense of the word because you would both be having fun. However, for many it wouldn't be pleasant so if used to moderate behaviour.
