The questions were for him to consider.

It is far from over reacting to be suspicious.
There is nothing wrong with a husband or boyfriend not wanting his partner going out topless. Especially without him. He can hardly be faulted for this. He needs to at least make his feelings known so they can discuss it.
It is of course up to Tony how he wants to deal with this. And I think it is good that he is hearing differing opinions on her behavior.

I guess it is the nature of written communication, especially with the anonyminity of an internet forum.
The lack of body language, voice inflection, nuances etc present in face to face intercourse. Add to that also if it is a particularly sensitive subject to someone for some reason (not saying it was for you, just giving an example) and all of a sudden what is just a discussion is perceived somehow confrontational and/or personal

I have noticed a recurring theme to your posts which all seem to involve women exposing themselves to you one way or another. 😊 You are either very lucky or unlucky depending on which way you look at it.
I think they can be very classy but I personally wouldn't wear them without a vest on underneath.
This may be a silly question but did she realise how see through it was to you? I know I've worn my Black Milk (other designers ARE available)leggings and my husband pointed out a good few hours later that he could see the bees on my pants through them. Have not brought the subject up with my wife yet not sure if I should. The thing is I don't think I should tell anyone what to wear let alone my wife. If this had happened to you ( your partner going out dressed like this ) what would you do or say
We went to a really smart hotel recently and in the evening there were several women who did not seem bothered at all that they exposed their boobs. It was not the case that I was looking in particular at ladies boobs it's just a fact
Not sure if my wife is going through a phase or I am getting older ( it wouldn't have happened in my day )

We go out every Saturday night to what I would consider to be one of the "in" pubs in the centre of town . I am just not witnessing what you are seeing . Yes I am seeing sheer tops and my Mrs wears one herself but generally speaking they usully have including my mrs a cami top or T shirt underneath. A couple of the younger end tend to wear a fancy bra without the T shirt or Cami top. But certainly not exposing themselves .
I think Tony believes that PART (as in cleavage, or tops, or sides ) of boobs showing is "exposed".
Otherwise nothing about this post is making a lick of sense.

Just perhaps some could be wearing nude coloured bras underneath which could give that impression especially under dimmed or subdued lighting of a trendy pub.

I personally don't believe any woman would knowingly disrespect herself or her oh by going out dressed in the way you describe unless she wants to get herself into trouble one way or another.
I actually find all of this very hard to believe. To be a voyeur is absolutely fine by me but to come up with elaborate stories to gauge a reaction to find out if your thoughts are normal is a bit strange.
A lot of us are kinksters on here in one form or another which is great and indeed makes the world a better place. The difference is we are open about it and don't need others approval to enjoy what we do. If voyeurism and exhibitionists is your niche then say so.
