Its a great question and one I do not know the answer too. The folk that are on the space centre for months on end must get the urge you would think.
I heard something awhile ago (zero fact checking done!) that they arnt even sure how sex would work in space as they arnt 100% sure sperm would know ‘where’ to swim under the effects of zero gravity
And that if you could get a woman pregnant in space, the baby would come out super ‘spongey’? Without the effects of gravy on it during growing
I’d expect considering the very few who’s been to space it’s a discrete affair
