Well i got 90% i scored 45 and anything above 34 is likely autism soooo
I scored 20, but other clinical tests for other things are alot higher than that.
Just remember we are all amazing in the end.
41 over here…
I think i got 37
I don’t do these tests, it’s too easy to be led into thinking I “have” something. Just looking at the questions on “depression” tests made me realise they’re designed by drug companies and therapists to get new customers, virtually everyone would show a “problem” on them. The various work questionnaires made me think hard about each answer, a lot of which I didn’t know, so wound me up and made me feel bad when I’d been fine before, so I stopped doing them and was much happier detached from it all. I’d rather focus on understanding how my particular mind works and try to get a clear, peaceful feeling than adopt one of the new labels that professionals are constantly dreaming up so they can get fame and money as the pioneers and experts in these “conditions”. Just because the majority of whatever group of people you’re looking at think and behave a certain way doesn’t make it right in the least.
Strange about @Ace12345 saying about her parents being more sociable than the other. I am an introvert and my wife is an extrovert, and it balances out well!
Oh yeah that’s understandable, there’s no substitute for proper testing. I have only ever tried tests like this after a lot ot research on reputable sources
I refuse to use meds after they killed my libido and also adverse reactions. Whilst the medical profession will/may encourage the use of medication, I dont subscribe to that idea.
Exercise, fresh air and healthy food has helped me, along with listening to music. Yes I do have my bad days but I fight through it (it’s not easy at times).
My heart goes out to everyone whose mental health has taken a pounding due to COVID/coronavirus. We are here for each other no matter the distance.
(On a side note sometimes my post may go off topic and or on some weird tangent so I appoligize in advance)
I was prescribed anti-depressants after a couple of bereavements and a difficult period in my life, but the side effects meant i wouldn’t be able to work. As work was the only time i could put my crap out of my mind, i refused them. Like @Cuffed i used excercise and music to help, plus i changed my attitude, refusing to do things that made me unhappy. At first people were a bit surprised to hear the word ‘No’ from me, but eventually they got used to it, and my mental state got better.
I know not taking meds is not for everyone, but it worked for me.
I just scored 34…
I scored 12 which probably means I’m pretty boring or just crap at tests!!!
