Storing Larger Toys

So I'm contemplating purchasing this bad boy http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17540.

My question is to any of you nice people who have bought that toy or similarly sized ones is this. How to you store them? Specifically stopping them from touching other toys and just being unnecessarily exposed to possible contamination. Like I've noticed that the Lovehoney satin bags are too small. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I can't help but I just had to comment on how big it is! 😳😳😳😳😳

I think you'll need a small suitcase to store that! Good luck.

What about a satin pillowcase or even this bondage storage bag http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31272 or http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31054 maybe, it looks like one of those bags for storing football boots in

It could be a door stopper maybe? :-)

If not I think this should hold it, http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31054

One of my friends that has kids has got a moderate sized wooden chest in her bedroom, similar to a blanket box. It has a latch and a small lock on it, it looks great as a piece of furniture, but it is actually her toy box! She has wrapped a few of her larger dildos in satin scarves, they can be inexpensive and plenty big enought. She says it's her toy box for life.

what in trying to say is rather than trying to hide your toys make their box a feature, no one will know what's inside!

Love the doorstop idea.

I have a nearly full size lovedoll and when I have visitors, I hide it in a cupboard with the out of season duvet covering it up.

Thanks for the advice. I've a good look at the suggested bags. And any additional advice would be appreciated

Satin/silk pillowcase is probably best. Or how about one of these?

Otherwise have a look in stores like the range/argos/wilkinsons or amazon for plastic storage boxes and then you can keep it under the bed or at the bottom of the wardrobe.

there are loads of threads like this and i think LH have always answered that there wont be any large storage boxes available because there simply isnt room to stock them. So in that case have a look at places that would stock similar items. Chests, filing cabinets, ottomans etc. none of them are marketted as sex toys storage units but they could be used that way.

I store my anal toys in a trunk which is large enough to put a spreader bar in. All the toys in there have their own dust bag for hygiene, so you could do this for your toys in stead of getting two separate storage units for them if not wanted.

Spreader bars are the worst to hide! Luckily they're slim enough to be slid under shelves and chests of drawers, but I find that a purpose made fabric sleeve means it can be stored happily in plain sight.

Wow thats a monster would love to see that in my collection, i feel a purchase coming on ( check my profile pics for our storage solution )

I just looked at your solution and I can't quite be that brashen with storing it... In fact the ability to conceal it is the reasons I'm hesitant about buying it

Wow I'm an idiot, I some how got it into my head that it was an 11 diamter not circumference meaning that it's significantly easier to store than I thought... Opps. Still thanks for all the great advice

I've got this toy and it's awesome! Personally I keep it wrapped in an old (plain) cotton t-shirt tucked in one of my snow boots (which are on the top shelf of my wardrobe).

Well away from small enquiring hands! *lol*

I use zip-lock bags of various sizes to store my toys and the larger, longer ones go in spaghetti tubes. They are both food-safe so you are unlikely to have any problems with contamination getting onto the toys. For toys bigger than that you may need to get a dedicated plastic box.
