The only thing you can really do is talk to her about it. Try to talk when you’re not having sex or wanting to have sex because she could feel pressured if you mention it during sex.
Allowing (or not) someone to come in your mouth is a very personal thing. Some people love it, some people hate it and there are many in-between. Personally it’s a no for me and is totally non negotiable because I can’t deal with the texture or taste. If it’s a hard no from your wife, you will just have to accept it.
As for not letting you lick her after you’ve cum, it would be worth asking why she says this. There are three reasons that I can think of but it could be something else entirely.

- She’s feeling embarrassed or akward about it for some reason.
If it’s embarrassment, you might be able to reassure her and she might agree to it if she understands why you want to try it. If she’s too sensitive, you might be able to find a way to lick her without causing the sensitivity issues by avoiding the clitoris or anywhere that is particularly sensitive (your wife would have to guide you). If it’s a lack of arousal and she’s interested in getting aroused again, you might have to start slowly on other parts of her body before moving in for more oral. Again, you would need to have a conversation about this first.
