Just wanted to say my thoughts are with those whom maybe in the forum and maybe facing the threat of loosing their job either directly or being made redundant in which ever store that maybe, after a really terrible year I just thought I want to say a really heart felt sorry the timing could not be worse and I am sorry for you and hope you get through Christmas with your family

I agree, i was in this position 5 years ago, made redundant a week before Christmas after 25 years, but there IS light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes you end up better off than you were. Best wishes to anyone in a similar position.
