i bough the “Lovehoney Curve Cruiser 5 Function Vibrating Prostate Massager” last November and it was working perfectly up until yesterday. it vibrates when i put a new battery in but i can’t turn it off, put travel mode on or change it to any of the 5 functions and i feel like I’ve been screwed out of my money as its past the 60 day return policy. any way to fix it or any chance of a late return?

If it’s faulty, you’re covered for a year. 
Contact Customer Care and they should sort you out. 
Though there’s also the 100 Day Money Back Promise too, just in case you ever need it for a working toy that just doesn’t work for you (November might be pushing that a bit in this case though )
