I was wondering because I prefer men to wear boxer shorts, I think its something about the way the shorts hug their hips, but what does everyone else prefer?

I wear both. Normally boxers but occasionally the aforementioned CK briefs.
Boxers are comfy, they hold everything together. But I suppose you need to define whether you were loose or tight boxers.

I think it depends on what the man feels sexy in. If it makes him feel good he will portray that to others.

Depends on the guy, methinks. Different guys can look good in boxers, briefs, thongs, ladies' pants ...I've yet to see a guy looking good in white y-fronts, but I'm sure it can be done!
Ultimately I reckon, like Fr33b1rd says, if a guy feels comfortable and confident in his pants, as it were, he'll probably look good in them. Same goes for women, in fact.

After reading through this thread again, I realised that I never really thought of mens undies being something that would be sexy or not!
I can understand why womens undies have that sex factor about them but never really considered it for myself!

Well I've discussed the 'dressing up' thing to the OH and she says that its nothing that would be a mega turn on for her, so would probably end up as a bit of a giggle anyway!

Nowt wrong with a guy wearing 'sexy' undies (eg. tight ones, thongs etc.) if he feels comfortable doing so. There's no reason why that should be restricted to women. But natch, what people find sexy varies greatly...I suppose I just mean there's no reason why women should be expected to wear 'nice' underwear and (some) men wear grubby y-fronts and never have to give it a second thought. Everyone should be free to be sexy/comfy/both as they choose.
