I would love to own a cattery somewhere by the sea.
I'm with you in the cattery! I love gardening, have more books about it than I know what to do with, so to work in a garden centre or nursery, I'd be in my element!

Otherwise, if doing nothing for pay is not an option, I'd like to be an astronomer with one big mother of a telescope, somewhere up on a mountain. Never will be, so it qualifies.
Forensic Pathologist, I've got my Masters in Forensic Science, and was accepted into Medical school, however had to put it on hold until I had things sorted out with my son. Maybe I'll finish it off when things settle down.
Something in the Motorsport industry repairing or prepping the cars / bikes would be good along with the sense if achievement when a good result came in but I suspect being in the driving seat would be better!
