How you are cleaning them now sounds perfectly fine x
If they are waterproof toys, you can clean them with soap and hot water. If they are not, it would be tricky.
Here's one recent thread on the topic: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/community/forums/sex-tips-and-talk/1291678-how-to-clean-sex-toys/
boil, 10 percent bleach or just soap and water is fine with silicone toys
I like making a big pot of boiling water on Cleaning Day, but soap+water the rest. For TPR, there is no sterilization methods, so try to extend its lifespan with condom usage and immediate cleaning with soap and water (or your cleaner).
