Which wand would you recommend please, I need as much power as possible but as quite as possible, it would be a massive bonus too if the attachments that I already have for a far too noisy lovely mains powered wand.

We own both the Lelo Smart Wand Large and the Lovehoney Wand.
Both are great in their own way.
The Lelo wand looks great and is pretty darn powerful, quiet compared to other wands, looks gorgeous and is cordless and waterproof. It's not quite quite as high frequency vibration as the lelo, more of a deep vibration in many ways, but is still very powerful.
As I'm sure you've found, The Lovehoney Wand or a hitachi, doesn't look great, needs to be plugged in, isn't made as such lovely materials, but because it's mains operated it goes like a jackhammer, but is loud - so are the orgasms.
