I’ve cooked 6 portions of Turkey Chilli (to freeze) and a Corned Beef and Cheese Toastie for lunch. I currently have 10 portions of Bolognese (to freeze) simmering away on the hob.

My partner is cooking dinner tonight, having Hunters Chicken, Chips and Corn on the Cob.

I’m going to attempt Garlic and Herb New Potatoes and Pork Stacks in the slow cooker.

The Pork Stacks are made by topping a Pork Loin Steak with Apple and Stuffing and then another Pork Loin Steak, kind of like a sandwich, and then wrapping tightly in foil and cooking in the slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
