The pizza stuck. That’s the last time I use one of those fancy stone things but tasted fab once I’d got it off. Absolutely none left for tomorrow
@Melody1 Not sure if you did this…but I always make sure to put a healthy scattering of semolina on the board that you’re rolling the pizza on, the stone (and the pizza paddle if your using one).
Also make sure the pizza stone is “really hot” before you start.
Not really dinner but baking sticky ginger cake with lemon drizzle icing this afternoon!
