Basically, a few months ago LH (lady Hunter) and I tried anal for the first time over the course of a few nights. Get a freezer block and wrap them together in a towel for an hour or two, will easily get cold enough in that time 
I want to try butt plugs, I've found one on here which is suitable for beginners as it's tiny. But I like the idea of a glass one (also because I hear it doesn't carry any smells) so I might try one of the glass jewelled ones recommended above!

Men literally have the benefit of the prostate over women (in cis-gender terms) so they are ideally more prepared for anal play, and more inclined to receive the benefits, so yes we are built for it. The only thing holding us back is out-dated gender pereceptions.
Adam as the prostate has nothing to do with the lower intestine other than being close to it I'm not sure I agree with being built in either. It's just fortunate it's nearby and not all men derive pleasure from it.
