As everyone else has said, relax and make sure you lube up really well (and don't use anything cheap that goes gummy after a while, I like Lovehoney's Silk lube) and start small, 1-2 fingers, then a small toy etc etc. Once you've got the hang of it the toy can be omitted from the equation.

yup, you just have to be patient and persistant. Play with bigger and bigger dildos or butt plugs to steadily stretch yourself and get used to relaxing your behind at larger and larger sizes. Also experiment with lubes. Some feel slippery on toy to skin contact, but aren't anything like so slippery skin to skin when you press home into yourself. With the right lube you can suddenly make amazing progress. I use silicone based mostly as it tends to stay on the toys nicely.
