Really depends on work. I do long days and OH sometimes works away but once or twice a week.

My wifeās hormones are all over the place, recently had testās & her folate levels are really low, but thatās not going to help sex drive or the affection, we just keep going day to day as itās the normal thing to be like this

The loss of everything is horrible for us men though, I feel like we are just friends at the moment, sex is an amazing thing to have with the person you love but affection is just as important, when there is nothing itās really hard. I try to show her as much affection as I can, but it is just brushed offā I know she loves me itās just her hormoneās
