The being sick one has happened twice. Once it was him (ex) one it was me and both times it was caused by alcohol....alcohol and rocking do NOT mix!
Just realised that it's different again for masturbation. During solo play it's usually Yes or Baby if I'm cumming directly into a tissue etc. but if I'm cumming on myself it's usually something about that happening eg 'Cum on me' or something very similar.
