I try not to go more than 4 days without solo wanking and cuming. Ideally I like to orgasm every other day at least. With sex we sometimes go 5-8 days without sex especially around her time of the month.

Still living with parents so opportunities for sex are not as frequent as I would like so for masturbating I might be able to go for a week or so, maybe two but I don’t often make it past 2 or 3 days now.
