I love shopping with LH but only recently decided to open an account, are you allowed to leave reviews on things bought before setting up an account or is it only for things bought after set up?

Yes, of course you can. And, you may also write reviews on products bought from other suppliers if it's listed on Lovehoney as long as you don't name the competing supplier :)
