to me dress up sexy means that i choose what i fnd sexy, if he wants something in particular he will ask, and if i'm not sure what to wear he will ask, but if he just says dress up sexy it means i'm too choose something, because obviously i know what of my underwear he finds sexy!

if my partner text me now and said dress up sexy for tonight i would go with my new basque because i haven't worn it yet, and a nice thong that matches and some stockings and heels.
